Liam is the Managing Director of EsSCO (Essential Supply Chain Optimisation). He has gained experience in all segments of the supply chain across several industries having started working life in mechanical engineering in the mining industry and then moved to operations management. He then moved into the transport and distribution business with senior / executive management roles with Queensland Rail and Carter & Spencer in Australia and New Zealand. In his consulting practice Liam assists clients improve their supply chains and consults widely to both the private and public sectors in Australia and internationally. He has been at the forefront of the application of supply chain thinking to infrastructure delivery in Australia.

- Energex- improvements to the supply chain to support Energex's 5 year accelerated network investment program.
- DMR (Qld)- support on application of supply chain thinking to infrastructure program delivery.
- Queensland Health- review of and recommendations for improvement of QH's statewide supply and logistics operations.
- Queensland Alumina Ltd- review of contract maintenance processes including material flows, site logistics, job planning and performance measurement.
- Kamadjaja Logistics, Indonesia- lead major change program for Indonesia's largest privately owned logistics company.
